Single ticket (1 play) – $23

The family play (at Christmas/New Year) – $15 per ticket
Discounts apply to single ticket sales only and do not apply to season subscription purchases.
Groups of 10 or more purchased at the same time – $17 per ticket
Military & DND Employee tickets – $17 per ticket
Student rush seats (with student ID, after 5 pm on day of performance) – $6 per ticket
Family Play Early-Bird (If purchased by 1 October) – $10 per ticket
We regret that we are unable to provide refunds at this time.
Ticket exchanges will be permitted up to 72 hours prior to the performance date on the original ticket.
A $2 exchange fee per ticket applies.
Exchanges can only be made for the same play. Patrons wanting to exchange their tickets for another date of the same performance are asked to use our Ticket Exchange form.
Kanata Theatre reserves the right to choose seats for exchanges without prior consultation.
Note that ticket requests can be made by phone at any time, simply leave a voicemail with your name and phone number and we’ll contact you.
The ticket window is not open on public holidays.

Our “main-stage” shows start promptly at 8:00 pm unless otherwise posted.
We respond to all messages left at (613) 831-4435 and will return your calls.
We accept Visa and Mastercard, cheques, and, if you’re purchasing tickets in person, we also take debit cards or cash.
All ticket sales are final, we cannot offer refunds at this time.
Tickets should be picked up no later than 15 minutes before curtain time.
Group rates are available to groups of ten or more people.
Students (with student ID) may purchase rush seats after 5pm on the day of the performance, subject to seat availability.
Gift Certificates (which may be purchased at the Box Office) may be exchanged for tickets as described in each certificate, provided seats are available for the desired performance.
Ticket holders may exchange tickets for another performance of the same play, depending on seat availability, with the following conditions:
Ticket exchanges must be undertaken at least 48 hours before the performance time shown on the original ticket. Ticket exchanges cannot be processed on-line.
An exchange fee of $2.00 per ticket will be charged.
Lost tickets can be replaced for a fee of $1 per ticket before 1 July 2017 and $2.00 per ticket as of 1 July 2017. Ticket replacements cannot be processed on-line.
If you are unable to attend a particular play, please don’t waste your tickets. Please return them to the Box Office or give them to a friend or neighbour.
There is a mail box by the front entrance of the Playhouse for ticket drop-off at any time. Please include a note, which describes the change you would like to make and which gives your phone number.
