From previous programs:

From the program for Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde:

WENDY WAGNER (Director) is excited to be directing this breathtaking version of Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde. She directed Mary’s Wedding and West Moon Street and was assistant director for A Few Good Men and Scotland Road. Wendy’s technical credits over the last two decades include most production jobs, photographer, and her personal favourite: stage management. She appeared on stage once in the 1999 production of Come Back to the Five and Dime, Jimmy Dean, Jimmy Dean. She has served on the Board of Directors several times and is currently in her last year as past-president. As always, deep gratitude to her wonderful family, fabulous cast and crew, and her partner-in-crime, Ilona, for everything.

From the program for West Moon Street:

WENDY WAGNER (Director) is pleased to be making her directorial debut with West Moon Street. She was assistant director for last season’s A Few Good Men and for Scotland Road in 2009. Her most frequent and favourite job at the theatre is stage manager where she can put her “bossy” disposition to good use but she has also built and painted sets, managed the servery, been house manager, edited programs and taken tens of thousands of photographs over the course of the last eighteen years. She has served on the play selection committee and the Board of Directors and she is the current president of Kanata Theatre. Wendy would like to thank her absolutely awesome cast for helping a novice director bring this delightful play to life and she is beyond grateful to the crew who made everything look so good. Special thanks to her family for their support of this new adventure.

From the program for Mary’s Wedding:

WENDY WAGNER (Director) is overjoyed to be directing Mary‘s Wedding. She directed last season’s West Moon Street and was assistant director for A Few Good Men and Scotland Road. Wendy’s technical credits over the last 18 years include production management, set construction, painting, lights, sound, photographer, program editor, and her personal favourite: stage management. She appeared on stage only once in the 1999 production of Come Back to the Five and Dime, Jimmy Dean, Jimmy Dean. She has served on the Board of Directors several times in various capacities and is the current president of Kanata Theatre. Wendy owes a debt of gratitude to Guy Buller for his very generous dramatic coaching at key points in the rehearsal process. She would also like to thank her husband for the awesome set and lights and the Robs for extraordinary sound wizardry. Emily and Nick – you are poetry. Charge!
