Set in John Barrymore’s old untouched circa 1930’s apartment in New York City, I Hate Hamlet follows successful television actor Andrew Rally as he struggles with the challenges of taking on the dream role of Hamlet, for the stage. To add to the angst he is already dealing with, he is also at odds with a girlfriend who is keeping a firm grip on her chastity, and thanks to another friend, a wannabe medium and amateur séance holder, he is now playing host to the ghost of John Barrymore himself.
